“I have to say that the people are nicer at the Waterman location across from St. Bernardine's. It was easier to get an appointment with them than at the one in the Optum Clinic. It's not all cramped up in the waiting room. And the staff were more friendly.”
“Took my father to get lab work it got packed and busy super fast but they did good at getting people in and out it went by fast. Everyone was really professional, they even helped my father with a mix up of his paperwork by calling his oncologist on the spot so he was able to get his labs done.”
