Jesus & Mark, blessed with me with a gorgeous mega cab 3500. It has been my 7th vehicle with them and hopefully more in the future. Thank you Glenn Moss for the hook up on your truck it's a beauty. This is why I buy all my vehicles from here. Just takes time and patience.

Zero starts the they promise the starts and can't deliver Jose the sales manager said he will work to get me approved I told him my credit situation and he came back with numbers for the car I was interested in and I didint like it I told him I don't feel comfortable with those numbers and I wanted to leave it's not worth running my credit he was so confident he could get me approved and told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to stay so I let him run my credit he came back shook my hand said he couldn't help me what a waste and don't recommend this dealer straight trash! No stars

I went into the service department due to my car said Key Fab battery was low!! I asked the Amazing person who assisted me to help me with opening the key fab . He assisted me and was soo helpful!!! Thank you I wish I had grabbed his name .. Please Thank him for me..

Scheduled appointment for a recall on my car. I was assured that the part needed would be available within a month which is when my appointment was scheduled.Called a week before the appointment to confirm the part would be ready for my appointment because I did not want to drive all the way out to San Bernardino for no reason. Was assured everything was scheduled accordingly.Came in today for my appointment and lo and behold... no part!Couldn't even call to say sorry no part is available so please reschedule or don't come in.They call for every other stupid thing under the sun aka to sell you things but for actual important things, nothing.Trashiest dealership for sure.Go to any other dealership than this poorly run one. Everything trickles down, so like manager aka trashy like dealership.

Prior to showing up here I had gone to Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Redlands and they were extremely horrible they literally did no work they didn't even check my truck they just told me everything was fine. When I came to Moss Brothers in San Bernardino I was very skeptical based on previous experience at the other dealership but when I brought my truck in Patrick Jones was of enormous help did everything possible to work with me and make me feel welcome. Needless to say they fixed my truck and I will definitely be going back they have earned my business. Thanks for all your help Patrick and Moss Bros.

My Jeep was dropped off Tuesday night. For warranty work. Today is Friday, I called each day. The repair shop would not me back. Now it needs another part. No one could call back for 3 days. A manager talked to a us. Now the vehicle will not be done until next week. The main manager would not talk to us. But the main manager talk another family . Very poor service I will never take my Jeep gladiator to this dealership again.

My experience has been nothing but positive from this location. So positive, in fact, we bought two 2024 Willys 4xe in the matter of 9 days from them. I am beyond impressed with our salesman, Thomas. This guy went above and beyond. 100's of texts between he and I and not once did he delay getting back to me. I experienced nothing but ghosting from Moss Jeep Riverside. No calls back, nothing. Next shoutout is to Finance Mark & Josh. These guys are real ones. No games, got to business and got us in and out without 2 hours. So impressed that my eldest is planning on a purchase there as well in the upcoming weeks.You guys are my kind of people

Had a appointment set up for my 2022 TRX, been waiting in service drive for 30 minutes, advisor kept passing me up with other customers, thanks to Patrick Jones for stepping in and helping me!Had oil dripping on my drive way was my concern, got a call back the next day stating the technician found no oil leak! Took it to another shop and found oil leak between engine and transmission, both front axles leaking grease, I don't recommend this dealership!

Amazing service. Most painless car buying experience ever. From Sara Troncoso, Rudy, my sales associate, to Matt, the Sales Manager and Julian the Dealership manager, as well as the finance dept, made me feel absolutely satisfied with my purchase. The above and beyond service from these guys is unmatched. If you're looking for a new/used vehicle, go and see Rudy. Solid guy and as honest as they come. 5 stars for Moss Bros sales team. DO NOT go to Mos Bros. When I got home I was looking at the paperwork more carefully and found that Moss Bros. Did not apply our down payment to the purchase agreement. Instead they added the down payment to the total sales. I will be report their scam and will be meeting wit in a lawyer.

This service department is the worst! They lie about the time needed for services just to get you in the door and they overcharge. And as a note, this is not a review based on one experience. It's my third time being mistreated and taken advantage of. Take your business elsewhere!
