“Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.”

“Moving from Big Bear to Vista is no small feat, but these Anthony and Juan made it look easy. We had large couches that needed to be disassembled and reassembled, multiple TVs, and some really delicate oversized vases and they handled every single item with care and confidence. On top of that, they were navigating extra foggy mountain conditions and challenging traffic without ever letting it affect the quality of their work. What really set them apart was how friendly and communicative they were throughout the whole process. They gave us estimates of how long things would take or if anything could stall. They kept us in the loop, had great attitudes, and were genuinely a pleasure to be around. From start to finish, efficient, careful, and completely stress-free.
