Terra Vista Animal Hospital
San BernardinoThis vet is amazing!!!! I seriously can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our guinea pig. We were struggling to find a local vet that takes exotic animals, the only other one we found was a specialist in Pasadena but they are extremely expensive. Our guinea pig had a cyst growing inside of her ear canal, they were able to drain it and send a sample to the lab for testing. She is back at home and back to her old self again as if nothing even happened! I was really worried it was going to be something more serious because guinea pigs don't tolerate anesthesia and surgery very well, but thankfully they were able to do a minor sedation instead and our appointment was at 11am and she was totally done by 1pm, super quick service that I truly appreciate! Also the staff was amazing and friendly from the receptionists to the vet! And the place itself is stunning, feels very upscale and that they truly care about their customers and our experience there. I highly recommend coming here!

Banfield Pet Hospital
595 E Hospitality Ln, San BernardinoI brought my cat to this hospital because he had started vomiting more often, which worried me. The staff explained that blood tests & X-rays were needed to identify the cause & suggested enrolling in their animal care plan to help lower the original estimate for lab work. In total we ended up paying about $1,000. The results showed that my cat had thyroid issues related to the Friskies wet & dry food he had been eating previously. They recommended switching him to a strict Hill’s Science Prescription Diet & since then he has completely stopped vomiting & even regained the weight he lost. Although the prescription food is pricey, I’m just glad my cat is healthy & happy again. Getting a new prescription every 2-3 months can be a pain! The team treated him with care & respect & made sure I fully understood the financial options available in case of difficult situations. I highly recommend this hospital for all your pet’s needs!

Daisy’s Hope Foundation Pet Resource Center
195 N Del Rosa Suites 3 & 4, San Bernardino3.31.23 Today was my first time receiving help from this foundation. I did wait in line for about an hour. It was a small bag of cat food but also went canned food. I especially liked that I was able to buy some extra things, like cleaners and Nick nacks and even a VTech paw patrol watch for my son all for less than $10!. The volunteer did let me know that they were low on food so that is why the bag of food was small, but every bit for a family helps when you have pets and kids. I would suggest getting there at 9am on time and having patience. It is a free service. There were some people who honked and got upset and yelled and stuff but everything moved as quickly as possible and as fairly as possible. If they want to be rude they can go buy it themselves. I think it was a great first time experience and I will let other know as well.
