“I wish I could give this FedEx branch 10 stars. I had a real problem where refrigerated medication was delivered late on a Friday and stuck locked inside a closed FedEx location near this shipping center. Every other path to retrieve the package was a dead end.
Then we reached out to Wes and his colleagues at this nearby branch. They did everything in their power to help us locate the shipment and transfer it to their location, despite the fact that the other shipping center was closed all weekend (the meds would have likely spoiled by the time they opened on Monday). It wasn’t easy—they exhausted their contacts at the other location and escalated the issue to their regional manager. Instead of losing over $1000 of medication, we were able to retrieve the package within 18 hours, while the ice packs were still frozen.
Wes and his team are the best, and we are truly grateful for their help. Wes wasn’t obligated to make this happen, but he chose to put in the extra work to help us avoid a catastrophe and make our day.
This is a FedEx branch that truly cares about its customers and treats people like neighbors—I wish more businesses had Wes’s commitment to customer service. Thank you x 100!”
