“Customer service at Copy Plus Printing is absolutely top-notch. They answer the phone every single time within just a couple of rings, and their quality is truly chef’s kiss. Prices are fair and affordable, which already makes them stand out, but what really impressed me was how much they genuinely helped me during such a heartbreaking time.
I needed to design a last-minute banner for my friend’s funeral service using Canva. I wanted the letters as large as possible, but the width had to stay within 4 ft, and I was having trouble getting it right. This business has Canva access, so I was able to add them, and they adjusted the lettering for me perfectly. That kind of help made all the difference.
I also ordered a memorial poster board for the viewing. When I first saw it, I cried. The quality and the beauty of their work were beyond what I imagined. I was nervous about how it would turn out, but it was truly stunning. More than I could have hoped for.
I highly, highly recommend skipping FedEx and coming here for your printing needs. I'm so happy I did. They care, they deliver quality, and they make difficult moments just a little bit easier.”

“76 gas with chester chicken and thrifty's ice cream. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. Gas isn't cheap here is more on the expensive side than it's competitors. Never tried the chicken but it smells good. The thrifty ice cream is delicious. Overall a decent spot to grab some goodies.”

“I know deliveries can take sometimes longer than expected and we have no control over that or the traffic or anything that happens, but an associate just taking my call and seeing what she could do for me was the best and was very thoughtful. At least I have an idea of what is going on not being left in the dark sometimes that is more important than receiving your package thank you Jennifer, Capone.”
“Email service was cheaper then fax. But nobody gave me prices so remember to ask what the prices are for the type of service you need when it comes to the postal side of the business. So boom they get only 4 stars for their lack of communication/service fees. Besides that this place has and does what you need when it comes to postal and pharmacy. And at least customer service is pleasant. Just ask for prices!”

“I wish I could give this FedEx branch 10 stars. I had a real problem where refrigerated medication was delivered late on a Friday and stuck locked inside a closed FedEx location near this shipping center. Every other path to retrieve the package was a dead end.
Then we reached out to Wes and his colleagues at this nearby branch. They did everything in their power to help us locate the shipment and transfer it to their location, despite the fact that the other shipping center was closed all weekend (the meds would have likely spoiled by the time they opened on Monday). It wasn’t easy—they exhausted their contacts at the other location and escalated the issue to their regional manager. Instead of losing over $1000 of medication, we were able to retrieve the package within 18 hours, while the ice packs were still frozen.
Wes and his team are the best, and we are truly grateful for their help. Wes wasn’t obligated to make this happen, but he chose to put in the extra work to help us avoid a catastrophe and make our day.
This is a FedEx branch that truly cares about its customers and treats people like neighbors—I wish more businesses had Wes’s commitment to customer service. Thank you x 100!”

“Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked. I prefer going to UPS store...whether they don't smirk.”

“This is the best UPS store I've ever been to. 5 stars doesn't cut it. I only used it because it was conveniently located where I was picking up my wife's lunch that I was dropping off to her. It is 12 miles from my home while my nearest one is 1.2 miles away. It's 10 times further but I will only go to this location whenever I have the need for a UPS store from this day forward. Zack in particular was the greatest help for my needs. He went above and beyond to insure my package would get to it's special destination. Long story but it would have been returned undelivered if he didn't go the extra mile at no fault of his own. If you have shipping needs, this is your location. Patron this location without worry.”
