She sized both of my feet and even though she was going to order the shoes I wanted, she actually found shoes in the same brand so I could try the fit before she ordered. I’m very happy with the experience and the shoes here.”

It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!
They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed.

“Easy to find what I wanted at a decent price. They had a clearance section plus a regular outlet priced section that was 50% off a 2nd pair. That's a pretty good deal. I'm happy with my purchase and price. I'll definitely come back. Socks seemed a bit pricey though. Will go somewhere else for that.”

“This isn’t a complaint but a rave regarding one of your employees. I visited a Journeys store At 7 pm on 12/02/2020 inside Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, California. I understand the holiday season is upon us and sometimes stores can get very busy. Upon entering the store, only one employee was seen, and he was helping another customer, but greeted us regardless. This employee’s name is Nick. His ability to multitask while being absolutely courteous is superb. We originally went to the store to exchange shoes for a larger size. This store did not have the larger size but Nick called a minimum of 6 stores in the area to see if they had the style and size I was looking for. In between calling stores for me, he was helping multiple people while being energetic, kind, and just the kind of person a company would want to represent them as a brand. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange for the style of shoe I was originally looking for, but opted for a very similar style in the correct size instead. If it wasn’t for Nick and the amazing customer experience he provided, I would have just returned my purchase for cash and purchased shoes elsewhere. He made the experience exactly what any company would strive for. He deserves praise and recognition for his amazing skills as an employee.”

“Best sneaker resell store to leave shoes on consignment have left shoes there 3-4 times big ticket shoes to 3-500$ and they all sell QUICK within 1 week maybe I was lucky but A1 service they forget to call you that they’ve sold sometimes but it’s a buisness they forget sometimes but they will never steal your money if that’s what you guys think just check on your shoes once a week to see if they’ve sold !”

“This is a decent shoe store in the Inland center right by Macy's. They have a decent selection of shoes, several brands. The prices are about the same as any other shoe store but in some cases you can find lower prices else where. The people working here are hit or miss on their friendliness.”
