Four staffs just walking, talking with each other. Three customers waiting them more than 20 minutes and they do nothing.

The efficiency of doing things is too low. Even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time and the staff is very inefficient.

This place is a joke. If I could give them no star, I would. Wait time is at least an hour even though your name is third in the list. May be people there are trying to squeeze you with more products and money or just incompetent. I m cancelling my 4 lines. Will switch to another carrier. No more ATT.
