I need to move to a new plan ASAP. I haven't have the need to deal with wireless plans for about 15 years so I'm a bit lost. This lady helped me transfer to the plan I wanted in like 5 minutes. She's patient, friendly, and most importantly understand my needs.”

“I had a really great experience at this store today. Johnathan was the one who helped us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. He asked if I’d consider switching my home internet. I said no thank you, he explained the benefits, but then respected my decision.

I was there to add another phone to my family plan, from a phone that was currently with T-Mobile. It was a fairly complicated process, that I never would have been able to figure out on my own (the family member with the other phone was in Oakland, so we did everything over the phone). Johnathan kept at it, and was so patient when we had to wait for the phone to restart or software to download.

While we were waiting he talked to me about my current plan, which was a pretty old one. He helped me find a new plan that will now cost $67 per month LESS than my old plan, even with this additional phone.

Johnathan spent so much time with me, even though I’m sure he won’t be earning commission on the transaction. He was very pleasant and patient, and got the new phone added to my plan. I’m very glad he helped me!”

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !”

Went into this location and was helped by Justin, who was amazing! He helped me with account setup, transferred all my phone data to the new one, and picked out accessories. Very professional and customer service friendly. He answered any questions, didn't rush, and even opened the door for me when I was done! Who does that anymore? I'm pleased with the service I received; and so far, I'm convinced I made the right switch. Recommend? Absolutely Advice: Go early to beat the crowd. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. Ask about any special discounts to save with your employer.”
