“On the very first day I visited this branch, I was immediately welcomed by Mr. Christian Crisostomo and he made my banking experience very memorable, which led us to switch branches. He treats every customer with such grace and is very sincere and genuine when greeting us and making sure our needs are a top priority. His example of exemplary leadership and customer service is contagious and passed on to his staff. We are greeted with same welcoming feeling from Vivian, Gloria and Sam. Salutations and assistance are so genuine and their willingness to help in our banking needs are so effortless. It comes very natural and I believe that it is due to Mr. Crisostomo's leadership and example. They all work as a team and when lines are long, Mr. Crisostomo takes time to assist tellers. I cannot say enough in expressing my gratitude to not only being welcomed each and every time we visit but in taking care of our banking needs in the most professional manner each time. “This branch actually has someone who picks up the phone and answer simple questions. I called many other branches over and over and always machine answered. I also brought in over $1700 worth of coins to deposit. The teller was very patient in helping me with the transaction. Took about 20 mins but she was fine with it. Great service all the way!”

“Dear Head Office:Today, the clouds parted and the Sun came out, Gaby was at the Deli Counter!!! Thank heavens, we've got tickets for the show at Stern Grove in the City and Gaby's Molly Stones sandwiches are The Bomb! A great picnic is guaranteed. How so great? (1) Gaby WORKS hard, she LAYERS the meat and cheese: for the Italian combo, she puts on Mortadelo, then salami, then more Mortadelo, then more salami and provolone throughout. That way the flavors are mixed, it doesn't taste like a slab of bologna on top of a slab of salami. Then she cut the sandwiches in half and wrapped each half separately, so would work at a picnic, fantastic.(2) Gaby KNOWS! When I first came in, I asked for an Italian combo, and she delivered. I felt like I was a North Beach in the city, only it was better than most!(3) Gaby is NICE and she CARES: She makes a point of getting to know her regular customers and looks out for them. Don't eat that, it's only coming out so so today, eat this instead you'll enjoy it more.Amazing, fantastic, wonderful”
