“The folks here are absolutely wonderful. I came here twice and each time I was greeted with attentiveness and kindness.The first time I came here it was because my car was saying there was uneven tire pressure. I was a little nervous because I have never had to pump air in my tire before AND the air pump machine outside was blocked by other cars parked around it. When I pulled up to the air pump, someone came out of the garage and had me pull the car up to the main garage. He checked my tires, filled up the air, measured the pressure in each and sent me on my way. That weekend, the car alert came back on so I brought it back a second time and turns out there was a nail in the tire. I pulled the car up, explained what happened, they checked the tire, patched it up and sent me off. Both times they were great - very prompt and courteous. They did a great job (it has been 6 months and my tire is still holding up!) and they helped at a more than reasonable cost. I would highly recommend!”

They rebooked us same day to the Milbrae location and Jane took us earlier and provided excellent service with the utmost respect and professionalism.”

“Millbrae branch staff goes above-and-beyond, providing exceptional service and communication every time. There are always warm greetings and smiles. Banking here is such a pleasure, very different from dealing with the big, impersonal banks. There is a comfortable seating area but you never have to wait long. I've found them to be highly accurate, pro-active and extremely helpful no matter the situation or request. This is an exceptionally trustworthy, conscientious and community-oriented bank staffed by wonderful, caring people. Highly recommend!”
