“I had hardships in my lifetime and resulted into needing a loan. Grace is wonderful! Since this was my first time ever needing financial assistance I had many questions. “Excellent customer service, We had fraud on our account, we had to block the accounts and start fresh with new account and staff understood our needs and fix our concerns. Alex the branch manager, Vivian and Nandini the bankers came together and assisted me on opening new accounts and ordering checks. We were able to stop any other checks from coming through for the fraud!”

“I have to give my highest review to the customer service at Chase Bank in San Bruno. I have to give a special shout out to two particular bankers, Thayer and Elaine. They were unbelievably helpful, courteous, professional, and above all, kind as can be. I had to take care of my deceased mother’s account, and they were unbelievable in giving me the empathy, answers, and service that I needed. Even though I personally have another bank, I am seriously considering switching because of their exceptional service. A+.”

“I visited the branch on December 23rd during one of the busiest times of the year, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of kindness and professionalism shown by the staff. The teller took the time to help me right away and even set up a quick appointment with a banker on the spot.

They personally called customer service to explore every possible option regarding my check and clearly explained the outcome to me. Although my funds ultimately could not be released until January 2nd, I truly appreciated that they made the effort to advocate for me and didn’t rush me, even with the branch being very busy.

Excellent customer service, patience, and genuine care! thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation much easier.

“I love the way they help when I have special requests. And they pay interest. Unlike the big banks that cost money and they give no real service. I've already had 2 others join. There online could be a bit friendlier, but then again I'm an old guy navigating through websites is just tedious to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Unify. “I know it’s just one time experience but I had a good one.

I got a fraud apart and someone tried to wire out 300k from our account.
I was on the phone for hours but eventually I was told I need to go to the branch and talk to a banker. I first went to millbrae at 12:40 and was told there is no banker from someone who looked like a manager and was told to come back at 2 and there wouldn’t be any guarantee that I can talk to one because they are booked.
I’m like “I’m just getting 300k hacked and I can’t talk to someone to figure this out because they are booked!!!”
Well eventually I went to this san Bruno branch because I needed to get this cleared out asap.
There was also no banker available but the manager came out and worked with me for 2 hours trying to talk to corporate team and figure out. Ended up that someone did try to wire out 300k from our account and was able to stop that. Also he helped us freeze the old account and also make a new account so that the hacker does not have any info.
Thank you so much Juan, I wish that if you were not a manager I would personally request to work with him. I have a personal wealth management banker at ML and I know that it’s at a different level but Juan provided such a good service that care for us. Appreciate it very much.”
