“I visited the branch on December 23rd during one of the busiest times of the year, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of kindness and professionalism shown by the staff. The teller took the time to help me right away and even set up a quick appointment with a banker on the spot.
They personally called customer service to explore every possible option regarding my check and clearly explained the outcome to me. Although my funds ultimately could not be released until January 2nd, I truly appreciated that they made the effort to advocate for me and didn’t rush me, even with the branch being very busy.

“I love the way they help when I have special requests. And they pay interest. Unlike the big banks that cost money and they give no real service. I've already had 2 others join. There online could be a bit friendlier, but then again I'm an old guy navigating through websites is just tedious to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Unify. No fee ATMs at most 7/11s and some other credit unions”
