“On the very first day I visited this branch, I was immediately welcomed by Mr. Christian Crisostomo and he made my banking experience very memorable, which led us to switch branches. He treats every customer with such grace and is very sincere and genuine when greeting us and making sure our needs are a top priority. His example of exemplary leadership and customer service is contagious and passed on to his staff. We are greeted with same welcoming feeling from Vivian, Gloria and Sam. Salutations and assistance are so genuine and their willingness to help in our banking needs are so effortless. It comes very natural and I believe that it is due to Mr. Crisostomo's leadership and example. They all work as a team and when lines are long, Mr. Crisostomo takes time to assist tellers. I cannot say enough in expressing my gratitude to not only being welcomed each and every time we visit but in taking care of our banking needs in the most professional manner each time. This bank is truly the best of the best in superior customer service and knowledge of banking needs.”

“This is a very crowded branch...San Bruno seems to be hub of lots of things. My transactions have always gone well though sometimes the lines have caused me to turn around. Given the bank hours all over are reduced and that Saturday hours are limited and or non-existent this branch will have to do...suggest an appointment and or a very early arrival.”

I also brought in over $1700 worth of coins to deposit. The teller was very patient in helping me with the transaction. Took about 20 mins but she was fine with it. Great service all the way!”
