I went in to Cricket today to check on the removal of 1 line from my plan and see about a phone upgrade. Jose V. the store manager was very busy, but took the time to explore all of my upgrade options with me. Then he set up my new phone and helped transfer all my data too! Outstanding job! 10/10!
