“Now I know why this place got most of the five-star rating, I went to the store try to buy a kitchen faucet because my original kitchen faucet have a very low pressure, so I call a famous plumber in Daly City, and they said the faucet have an internal clog which cannot be fix, so they suggest me to buy a new one which can easily cause more than six or seven hundred dollars for a good brand name. So I went to LP and I believe Hung is the owner of the store, he has a lot variety of kitchen faucet and he explained that very well to me on each one, during the conversation I explained what's the problem on my kitchen faucet and he told me I don't really need to get a new one, don't waste your money because it is only a simple fix so he taught me step by step how to clean the flow separator but unfortunately it won't work so I decided to take the whole thing back to the shore and ask Hung. He just took a quick look and took some parts out and do a little cleaning. Unbelievably my kitchen faucet work as new with strong water flow. That save me a couple hundred dollar from buying a new faucet. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and families, too bad I can't give this store a 10 star otherwise I will do so. He offered for me to see, and participate in, the fabrication layout process, which I did. Both Albert and Marion were very skilled at customer service, remaining in contact during our journey leading up to purchasing prefabricated quartz, the layout, fabrication and installation of our brand new counters. “Horizon Renovation remodeled our kitchen and got it done surprisingly quickly, and on budget. I have never worked with a contractor who worked as consistently on a project--one week they came 6 days! It really blew me away, as I've had contractors who would take entire weeks off. I was prepared to have the project take over a month, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Their work ethic is extremely impressive.They not only did the work we asked, they gave us some design suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. They were responsible, responsive, and did good work. The only thing they could have done better was dust mitigation; also, they do not automatically provide debris removal, but you can request it, or find your own hauling service (which I did). He mirrored the original design, added improvements to it, and gave me a lead time that was better than any of the other showrooms. The cabinetry lines they carry are high quality and the showroom has a variety of vignettes and samples to suit anyone's needs. When it comes to communication and follow-through, Dan and Fennie are the best. Dan even took me to a job site to see the quality of the cabinetry before I made the purchase. 5/5.”

“Daniel is an amazing person to work with. When we walked into the stunning show room a few months ago, we didn't know we were in for a treat. Fantastic quality of cabinets and great selections. Did I mention Daniel is amazing? He listened attentively to what we desire and came up with wonderful drawings to help us visualize what the kitchen would look like. - most of other high end kitchen places either don't share their drawings or don't do the color rendering until you pay the retainer. One more thing that sets Daniel apart is that he does provide design suggestions - I can't say the same for a lot of other kitchen vendors. Since we don't have an architect, his designer's view was valuable. We really loved the higher end options - the colors are unique and beautiful, but unfortunately our overall budget prevented us from choosing Pyram. They were one of the final three from the dozen places we visited. But I will wholeheartedly recommend Pyram and Daniel to anyone who wants to have a new kitchen done.”

“Sam was great to work with. He came to my house two days after I cold called him. He measured and drew up plans by the next day. I visited the store a couple of times after that to pick wood for my cabinets. No one in the shop did a hard-sell, and Sam was happy to draw up new plans as my project changed. “Gilmans Kitchen & Bath was very helpful ordering a Dura Supreme cabinet face for a drawer space left empty when we had to replace our "built in oven" and the new oven was 2" too large for the existing space. Sales Associate Charlotte Cheng measured & planned the wood panel which proved to be the perfect size, matched the cabinet face & color finish to our 23 yr. old existing Dura Supreme kitchen. Gilmans recommendation of contractor Kai Stratton to install the cabinet face was a great reference. He absolutely knew what was needed to do the work and seamlessly attached the panel directly over the drawer space left below the new oven in no time at all. Viewing it today, one would never know it had been recently replaced.”

“After dealing with a flood in a two unit building my family and I were faced with a forced renovation of two kitchens. After visiting several showrooms in the Bay Area, we decided to have Sincere Home Décor at the South San Francisco location design both kitchen cabinet layouts. We worked with Senior Designer and Sales Associate, Allison Li and we were extremely pleased by her friendly demeanor, quick response, and expertise in helping us put our two kitchens back together. Below is the incredible service we received from Allison: a. She walked us through each step of the process and really put us at ease during a very stressful renovation. b. My contractor was not familiar with the installation of the cove crown molding and cabinet base molding. Allison took the time to send photographs and included instructions on the installation. c. She has incredible attention to detail. For example, our refrigerator placement was next to a wall. Allison made sure there was enough space/clearance for the refrigerator doors to open at full width for the interior refrigerator drawers to fully pull out without the doors being in the way. d. She explained how to adjust the drawers and provided photographs. The visuals helped tremendously. e. She helped me when I had some issues with my cabinetry and worked with me through the process until it was resolved with the manufacturer. For example, my spice rack was not closing correctly. Allison worked quickly to contact the company and they sent the replacement parts to fix it. She also had her managers assist with adjusting the drawer itself when I brought it into the showroom. f. Her manager, Phil, assisted with providing documentation requested by the insurance company. When it came time to purchase our quartz countertops and hood vent, my family and I did not hesitate to purchase them from Sincere Home Décor. We received the same quality of customer service. Selecting the countertops was easily done at their Oakland warehouse and the installation by Ken was great. There were also plenty of hood vent options to select from and a simple process to order. My family and I are grateful for the excellent customer service that Allison and the entire staff at Sincere Home Décor provided to us. We highly recommend them if you are doing a kitchen remodel.”
