“Simply great customer service. Michael and team worked with us all the way through to make sure we knew the pros and cons so we could make the right choice, and the prices were competitive with all the other vendors we looked at. Install was quick and easy and well done. Happy to have a local family business that we can start a long term relationship with.”

“I had been emailing back and forth with Apparel City for assistance with a machine belt. They advised me to come in so I could show the item that needed replacement, and I was provided with the correct belt for my machine. On top of that, Alex and Billy took the time to show me how to adjust the tension properly. I really appreciate their exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for all our sewing supply needs and highly recommend Apparel City!”

“I was about to use a self-service machine to purchase merchandise when I looked up and saw a friendly face. It was Lowe's associate Patricia. She was very helpful and I'm glad she was there at that time.”

“Lowe's is in the same shopping center I visit often. They have cheap plants if you look in the clearance section. I needed to buy some soil for my garden. Luckily, it was on sale.”
