“Atmosphere: everything was super clean, and there were tons of places to sit for humans and cats. Overall the place looked better than my own house and was just super nice. Everything was also lit very nicely, not too dark not too bright.Service: The employees were super helpful and kind, they were always there to answer any questions you might have which really elevated the bonding time with the cats.Experience: The cats as you probably guessed were super cute and let me tell you there was no shortage of them. Everywhere you looked there would be a cat, even in the bathroom.”
“Zoom Room Belmont is quite awesome. They have a bright, dedicated open space that's large enough for the six to ten dogs in a class to romp around and play (and still be subdivided for shy puppies if needed), and it's kept immaculately clean. They have a great selection of treats, toys, and dog gear. But its the people at Zoom Room that really make the difference. You can tell they all love dogs, and the trainers have vast experience and knowledge to share with you (and at least half of training a dog is training the owner). And I can tell that my puppy absolutely loves being there.”
“I feel so very fortunate that my baby has access to the excellence this store has to offer! What a wonderful shop. All items within this store are of the highest quality - from shampoos and conditioners, to local organic treats and meal toppers, and to toys and bully sticks! This store has everything and is run by such lovely people who really prioritize your pet's wellbeing, happiness, and care.The store is kept very neat and clean, and you are always welcomed warmly by the employee on site. Training is also available. Everything is so organized! I can spend hours just looking at the shelves and collection of toys.Fantastic store. I HIGHLY recommend. “We've been coming to Jeffrey's since we got our dog four years ago and we feel so lucky to have this wonderful local shop walking distance from us! Our dog loves coming here. Even when we're just walking by, our dog will wag his tail and pull us inside the store. It's his Toys R Us. We go weekly to pick up raw food and Don there always greets us with a smile. He knows our names and of course our dog's name, and has always been super helpful in helping us find the right products for our dog. He is super friendly with our dog which we appreciate because our dog is a big guy and we often experience people being apprehensive around him which I get. Our dog loves the raw food here. He loves everything here. The raw food is available in several sizes, we usually opt for the 32 oz. We used to get the 64 oz but it's a bit pricy and we needed to start budgeting tighter this year. He also loves the minnows and bully sticks! We've picked up bully sticks from other places but he loves these the most. They also have shampoos, ointments, tick spray, you name it! This is our go to for all things dogs. +And they have socials for puppies! It's a gem.”

“Huge selection of pet stuff, it’s like a small warehouse type store ie. Smart&Final. They even had a really well curated selection of products for exotic pets (reptiles, rodents, aquarium, and birds), more selection than what your typical Petco might sell. They always have coupons and prices are lower than other stores in the area in my experience. One of the ladies who is a cashier is so nice and always makes sure to apply any coupons she knows about and make conversation with you. ☺️”

“Pet food express is my go-to shop for premium quality dog food. A large selection of toys is available for cats and dogs. There's also wash stations for those who are not able to wash at home. A shout out to all of the staff who are always helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Forget about Petco or Petsmart when you are shopping for quality goods for your pets. This place came highly recommended to me and I am now a frequent shopper!”

The staff is super friendly and they've been so attentive in making sure we get the snacks, toys, or services for our pup.We come here pretty regularly for grooming services as well and they have a great self service wash station! Our (sometimes stinky) pup always leaves the shop looking and smelling extra fresh.Highly recommend for any local pet owners in the Mission District and beyond!”

“We’re so grateful to have found this amazing place. Due to a cancellation, John was able to schedule us earlier before the holidays. Everyone is helpful and supportive from the first assessment to the subsequent physical therapy sessions. Our pet was diagnosed with FCE and was temporarily paralyzed in all four legs. Prior to finding Scout’s house, the ver prescribed steroids and pain killers, which made our dog miserable. We were quite at a loss about providing proper care.After his first session with Krista, he was able to sleep peacefully through the night. 3 sessions later, he is now able to walk again. We’re very thankful for their compassion and kindness.”

Tina is SO informed/educated on the products they carry in the store, she shows wonderful customer care/service (still texts me to wish me happy holidays), although they're a small business in the middle of San Francisco their prices are reasonable, and they carry SO MUCH product for the size of the shop!
