Overall decent hotel. Kind front desk and inside is pretty nice for 2.5star hotel. One thing to note is just know airport shuttle is free but shared with three other hotels. So it gets very packed in the shuttle.

The only downside is the shuttle. YOU have to wait 2 HOURS before you can get picked up at the airport. Going to the airport, the shuttle packed you up like sardines that you have to hold your own luggage in your lap. Poor customer service!!!!

If you need a spot before or after a flight, this is a great place to stay. Super clean, comfortable and they have a shuttle service to and from SFO. A little road noise depending on which side your room is on. Not too bad though. I would stay again. Safe area in San Bruno.
