“This place exceeded expectations! We booked it because of its close proximity to public transport and SFO airport and it was that, and so much more. We took the Caltrain from San Jose after the Sharks game and felt perfectly safe on the 10min walk, even though it was close to midnight. The lady at reception was friendly and kind, despite the late hour. She even offered for us to stop by in the morning before our early flight to grab a free coffee. We appreciated her asking about our flight details, to ensure we had a plan to get to the airport on time. The room itself was much bigger and luxurious than we expected. Much better than your average motel/inn! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and wifi worked great. The coffee machine, microwave and fridge were very nice touches. The best part of all - it's walking distance to the FREE 24h blue line AirTrain to SFO. Google maps directions are reliable, though the staff were also able to direct us there. Save yourself an uber trip and stay here before/after your flight!Rooms: Spacious, great amenities. Bathroom very clean and well stocked. Wifi worked great. Comfortable night's sleep.Walkability: Super close (10min walk) to the Caltrain and Bart station. 10-15min walk with 15kg luggage to the free blue line AirTrain to SFO, which runs 24h”

“well located to get to the airport. There is a shuttle every hour in the morning. Every two hours in the afternoon. For an overnight stay between two flights it was a good solution.”

“Neatly maintained. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but downtown street with restaurants and shops are just behind. The heater was a little bit noisy. Since the hotel is on the main road connecting SFO there was noise of vehicles in the night.”

“Very spacious and clean room, perfect for families. It's very close to the airport and super close to restaurants and the supermarket that were on the other side of the street. The breakfast is free and the parking is $10.”

“Very nice stay here. We did "Park, Sleep & Fly" which was so convenient and just what we needed. That means if you are going out of town, you can park your car there while they shuttle you back-and-forth to the airport while you keep your car parked there for the entire duration of the trip. That was so convenient if you have a middle of the night flight and don't want to stay up all night just to get to the airport. That was also so much better than dealing with Airport Parking or other expensive options. Everything went perfectly and seamlessly. The staff was so friendly and nice too.”

“I saw the excellent reviews for this hotel. The positives: Fair price and professional staff who cares about their guests. The parking garage is not large, but the parking spaces are pretty roomy. I've seen much tighter parking spaces in the Bay Area. I felt safe parking my car in their garage. My room was very clean. Very clean bedsheets. Safe area. Clean microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in-room. Clean common areas and lobby. The negatives: Wifi works but is not fast enough to perform high bandwidth functions like Zoom. I could tell that the mattress and towels are not high quality. The heater/air conditioner was hard to manage; it was either too hot or too cold. The room next door to me had several people in it, and the walls are so thin that I could hear them laughing and talking. That's how thin the walls are. I was awakened several times over the night because the room next to me was up late having a good time. Shower water pressure could be stronger for those of us with long hair. Also the desk chair is too high for the desk and cannot be lowered/adjusted. My back hurt while I was working on my laptop because I had to bend down in the chair. Nevertheless, the price is right, and I would stay here again.”
