“Excellent experience. No frills but it's what you need. Was good for family, shuttle was on time and easy to arrange. Quick access to food and shopping within walking distance. Easy access to the city by bart also. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options worked and made for a nice start to the day.”

“Clean and big rooms, beds fine and the people gave their best to help us. I had to keep my bags safe for a couple of hours before 3 PM, the check-in time, and there was no way to achieve that without paying extra. Getting the room earlier only with extra money, keeping the bags as well, only with extra money. I would have expected more flexibility from the management, money is not everything. I appreciated though the free parking.”

“The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the facilities are very new. The only downside is that the breakfast area has limited seating, so it can get a bit crowded during busy times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“On this visit had a great experience and will definitely will be coming back. Room was a fully stocked kithen, with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, large refrigerator and more. Bed was comfortable and shower was large with plenty of towels.”

“I had to be at SFO at 0400, so I stayed here overnight. It was comfortable and peaceful. There's a lovely street a few blocks away (San Mateo Avenue) full of a dizzying array of restaurants and shops, too, so I had a nice stroll before I settled in for a great night's sleep.”

“Great airport hotel with half hourly shuttle bus to the airport. It probably goes without saying but if you are not going to the airport then you should probably dig a little deeper and find a hotel in San Francisco itself. The Bistro is a bit limited but will provide you with snacks, coffee, beer, wine, etc. The shop is very limited and I bought the microwavable pizza more as a joke than a source of sustainance. As usual, staff were great, rooms were clean and it wasn't too expensive the night I stayed.”

“Kinda neutral on this place. It wasn’t horrible but don’t let the picture on google trick you. Those pictures are fantastic. The reality is the place is a bit worn down and in a rough location. It was okay for one night but that’s it. It was clean but just okay.”
