“Desk person was accommodating. However, a recent tow for my daughter, a coin purse was missing from her trunk. She was unable to get it since she was in a solo accident and was taken by ambulance. I went the next day to get her personal things, with the desk man by my side took photos before removing items.Police report for theft has been made.”
“I've driven past this shop 1000 times, and when my college age kids come back for Thanksgiving , they always tell me that the cars need an oil change or a smog or something, and I have to scramble to meet their schedules and mine. So these guys were super friendly and super reasonable, and the smog was completed before I realized, even though there were a few people ahead of me when I got there originally, the smog went super quick. I'm definitely not going anywhere else for smog again. I also made an appointment to have them service my son's Hyundai early next week as well. I tried to call the Hyundai dealer for an appointment since the car has a 100,000 mile warranty in case they find anything wrong but they don't even answer their phone. For maintenance things, I'd rather not pay the dealer prices anyway, so I'll follow up on how the service goes since I'm bringing in the car for the first time, but I'm hopeful I found my go-to mechanic shop. (Just moved to San Bruno three years ago and know how important a good mechanic shop is, and they are hard to find, so fingers crossed!)”
