“No one wants to wake up and find out their car has been towed, especially when it happened because of my own mistake parking in the wrong spot. That said, I am genuinely grateful that this was the company that handled the tow.
They did an excellent job with my Tesla. The vehicle was placed on dollies in a very careful, professional manner, and when I picked it up, it was in great condition with no damage at all. It was clear that they took the time to do the job properly and respectfully.
Getting your car towed probably is not the usual reason someone leaves a positive Google review, but I believe good work deserves to be recognized. After recently surviving a very difficult battle with cancer, I have been trying to practice kindness and gratitude as much as possible.
