The Counter person was very friendly and helpful. I avoid the Half Moon Bay UPS store because of a cranky employee, but this experience was efficient and left me with a good impression! Easy return of an Amazon package! (P.S. Don’t try Postal Annex sat BayHill Shopping Center because they don’t process Amazon Returns!)
