“When I sent a parcel to my brother in Korea clothing for my nephew and some cosmetic for my sister, not only the fee was cheaper than that of the US postal service but also the service & follow through was superb.My brother was in hospital for his cancer treatment and I used my sister-in-law’s telephone number for contact. When the Korean post office or the custom contacted the number she ignored and deleted the message thinking it was a scam.I contacted Hyundai Express San Francisco, the person in charge was absolutely delightful and professional even though it was Saturday..I was informed that it was under custom’s check that he would get back to me in a few days. In a day or two. I was asked to provide the list of item & price. The gentlemen also informed me there could be some tax. From the day I provided the list, he contacted the person in charge at Inchon airport tax office almost every other day.Finally, after a week or so, the package was released to be delivered to my brother without payment of tax.I was really impressed the gentlemen’s patience, persistence and professionalism. I will definitely use Hyundai Express again & highly recommend to use their service.Lee, San Jose”

“I went into this post office on a hope and a prayer that they could locate a box that had been part of a mail hold but had never been delivered when the hold was lifted. After the fastest moving line I have ever seen at a government agency, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful person who took the info, disappeared to the back for 5 minutes, and came back to tell me I would be helped soon by a manager. Soon was about 10 seconds later as the manager came out and said it was handled, the package would be at my house later today. Reader, it was at my house less than an hour later. Perfect service, 10/10”
