Honestly quite surprised to see such a low rating (2.2 as if 02/21/2024). I use them exclusively for Amazon returns and have had nothing but a smooth and friendly experience. I come prepared with what the instructions from Amazon say and it couldn’t be easier/faster.

Online and on the storefront it says it opens at 9am. But I'm out here at almost 9:30 trying to mail something before work and it's clearly locked and closed.Update: waited outside a few minutes and they opened
