“I dont live in America but visit at least twice a year. Home Goods is my first port of call when I arrive. Love the variety, love the products that are just a bit different, love the prices. I don't love the narrow aisles (the big carts are difficult to manage there) or the usually long queues but I always give myself plenty of time to browse,then browse again and then again.”

“My wife and I heard about this place from some friends who ordered 2 sofas there and were very happy with the quality and service. When we went in, the owner Steve walked us through the various options for arm and back style, seat cushion firmness, and material. There were enough models on display for us to look at and sit in so we were able to get a good sense for what we wanted. Ultimately we went with a fully customized sectional in leather.
Steve was very thorough in writing down all of our specifications (number of seat cushions, tight back stitching, seat height, seat depth, arm height, arm width, back height, leg height, overall width, bumper length, chaise depth, leather color). Even with all that recorded detail, we were still a bit nervous pulling the trigger on such a large purchase without being able to see it in person beforehand. However, Steve assured us that nothing would get lost in translation between himself and the manufacturer.
The lead time was a couple of months but Steve kept us in the loop as it was going through production (we even received a photo of the sofa before it was shipped to make sure it aligned with our expectations). The delivery was on time and the setup was a breeze.
We are extremely happy with the look and feel of our new sectional!”
