“Checking was quick and efficient. The veins in my arms are difficult to find so I usually have my blood drawn from my right hand with little or no issues. The phlebotomist had trouble getting a vein in my R hand, and was able to draw from my L hand.

Marilisa was so kind and patient with me, and I really appreciated that. She made sure I was comfortable, as I get a little anxious when the needle goes in.”

“Very kind and helpful nurse who was an owner-operator of this Blissfusion. Explained everything clearly and provided a really relaxing environment. I received a free vitamin injection because I work in education so she also supports the community! Highly recommend this service”

“This was my first visit. When I arrived I was signing into the kiosk when the phlebotomist called my name to come in. He took all my information then drawed my blood. I've never been to a lab that was so fast and helpful. Would definitely come back and bi pass the hospital lab I always go to.”

“This lab is one of the few in the area that I've seen using the BD 368652 Vacutainer lines. If you have a lot of blood work to complete, I highly recommend doing it all here since the flexible lines on the draw needle lead to a much better experience. With the flexible line, the technicians don't have to hold the needle steady while sampling so there's a significantly reduced chance of bruising or unnecessary needle movement.

Also, wait times for walk-ins are literally a million times shorter (yes, a million) than at any Quest location (walk-in) in the bay.”

“Check in was really easy at the kiosk, and they took me in immediately (I had an appointment). The folks there were really nice, and took me seriously when I told them I tend to pass out. They let me wait for a specific room with a lay flat option to draw blood to become available. The did seem short staffed (it seemed only two people were working, one checking people into their rooms and getting their paperwork/vials ready and the Phlebotomist. My phlebotomist was awesome! She was kind and patient, checked in during the draw to make sure I was okay, and encouraged me to take it slow after and brought me a water. Definitely will come back here for future blood work, this was one of the best experiences I've had getting blood drawn.”

“Little hard to find since it’s in a plaza (drove right by it) and there’s no signs except the Labcorp sticker on the glass door. But there is a small parking lot right in front of the building and no one was there at 7am when it opened except the phlebotomist. As a walk-in, I didn’t wait at all.

Great sign-in kiosk; it scans your ID and insurance cart, autopopulates your information, and checks you in.”

“this place is understaffed and very stressful for the workers. please have some compassion. the indian woman most are referring to is trying her best. i usually see her being the only one working in this clinic, checking people in, drawing blood, and making sure all the documentation is correct/tests get sent out correctly. please be patient and kind to her.”

“I did a walk-in; the phlebotomist was pleasant, and cautioned me that he had an appointment scheduled in 10 minutes, so if I was not checked in within a few minutes, my wait would be 30-40 minutes. I had no problem checking in at the kiosk. I had already scheduled an appointment, but first available was 3 weeks out. I followed reviews that suggested to arrive at 7 when Quest in Safeway opens, and it worked for me. When I left, at 7:10 or so, there were 2 people in the waiting room.”

“Bhupinder Kaur is the best front desk staff and nurse I’ve ever met at any Labcorp. She has been very patient, helpful, and organized while assisting everyone here, including us.”

“The staff are kind, there are plenty of chairs. I prefer this lab to for-profit labs where the blood draw person is also the office help. If you park at the top of the hospital (drive past emergency entrance) its a pretty easy walk to a side entrance.”

“Initially surprised by my bill, Palo Alto Pathology helped me with resubmitting my claim to insurance. They were very friendly and knowledgeable with helping me understand my billing and insurance.”

“Great service. It’s a DNA test with high accuracy. Customer service and time you have to wait to receive results isn’t the best, but it’s probably bc they are growing pretty fast. Would definitely recommend.”
