“I received excellent service from a pharmacist named Christine today. Insurance had declined to cover the medication, and the cash price was $600... I declined to pay that, but after a week I realized I needed the medication so I came back resigned to pay the $600. Then a lady name Christina took my case and worked on her computer for a long time and was able to get it down to $200... She found a coupon card of some kind. So I'm very grateful for the excellent service I have received at CVS in San Carlos. I have also noted that they don't put you through the ringer as other pharmacies do for certain prescriptions.Thanks a lot guys!”

“I ordered two canvas prints for same day pickup as a last minute valentines gift. I received an alert saying it was ready for pickup. When I got to the store it turns out they were out of the equipment to assemble my canvas. The sales associates Cassie & Odalis were quick to find an alternate print with what they had in store and seriously saved the day. If it wasn’t for them I would be out of a valentines gift, but I’m so happy they were here. Now that I know how great the team at CVS is, I’m never going to Walgreens again!”
“I came here for vaccines after making an appointment the same morning for 2PM Saturday. Other pharmacies didn't have availability so soon but I expected the worst given the reviews.
Including making an account and entering all my insurance info, the whole thing took 20min and all the employees were professional, barely felt the shots. The store was pretty empty with only a few people lined up for medications and they were all processed in good time. Baffled by all the negative reviews.”
