“CVS at the Woodlake shopping center is my neighborhood health care pharmacy store. The store offers a drive thru for pharmacy pickup. The CVS store offers all my essential needs and is equipped with a pharmacy and personal care section. The store is often stocked for different holidays and then offers post sale inventory. The smaller items such as greeting cards and vitamins are very expensive. The free big parking lot is a plus”
“Today I went into this particular CVS looking for "Venus" face razor, and this was my third attempt. However, this store was sold out of it as well. Daniel offered to helped me, checking the availability of nearby stores to locate it so that I wouldn't have to continue to drive to each and every one. He was able to find one, then he even called the store to confirm that they had one and to put it on hold for me. I can't remember the last time I got such excellent customer service, he went above and beyond to help me. Daniel should be commended for a job well done !!!”

“For the size of the store, this Safeway has just about everything I need. The produce department is well stocked and has plenty of organic food. The store is clean, well laid out, organized and conveniently located. They have done an exceptional job of keeping the store well stocked during the pandemic. “Today, I'm in the mood to write good reviews for all the nearby pharmacies that I frequent after having a terrible experience at the Walgreens on Broadway. I realize I took these other pharmacies for granted.In comparison, this CVS and the Walgreens on El Camino have (in my experience) had consistently decent customer service and have always been well stocked. This CVS seems to frequently ask for customer service feedback after each visit. I commend CVS on making an effort to improve their customer service experience. I always feel welcome and greeted by the associates working at this store and the workers seem helpful when I ask questions. Their pharmacy staff is not as friendly, especially the same two people who work with customers...but they are OK. The interactions with them do not dissuade me from visiting this store.Probably out of all the nearby pharmacies, this one is my favorite both for vaccines and quick and friendly service.”

“Shoutout to Andreas at the register! I came in tonight, and it was my first time trying out Walgreens coupons. Thankfully the store was empty so I didn't feel the pressure of a long line and trying out coupons which I know can be tedious. Andreas was super helpful and guiding me through the process, and trying out each coupon with me to see which ones would work and which ones didn't since it was my first time doing this.
