“AJ at San Carlos Auto Solutions was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule me the next day for a tire balancing. The job was done in an hour when it originally was quoted as 4 hrs. He went above and beyond and changed my air filter and spent time educating me about my car. I will definitely be back for more service.”

“I had an issue with blinking check engine light, and needed the car turned around fast. Dropped it off in the morning and 24-hours later it was running fine and back with me.”
“It’s so obvious that Ken loves what he does and cares about cars. Over the years he has told me multiple times when certain work wasn’t needed, so when he does tell me something needs to be done, I trust him completely. Also when I needed a tire replacement (he doesn’t do that), he called a tire store to make sure they wouldn’t charge me too much. Thank you Ken for everything ?”
“I needed some repairs done on my Prius and checked the reviews. Called the dealer for a quote knowing it would be way to much. Called in and spoke with Brian. I knew instantly that he knew what he was doing. I have been working on cars my entire life. I rarely have work done by a shop if I can do it myself but this job was out side of what I was comfortable with. Do you know a shop that gives a 3yr / 35,000 mile warranty on the work they do? Does your shop order you an Uber/Lyft to pick you up? Do you want to get a customer for life! Because that is how you get a customer for life! Did we just become best friends! Yep! Thank you Brian, Elaine and Calvin. You are amazing!”
