He determined that my car's issue might be covered by a recall and informed me that only a dealer could handle this issue. He did not recommend any unnecessary service after a thorough diagnostic which has been my experience with several places in the past. “Had such a wonderful experience with Supreme Auto Body. Brought my 2021 4Runner in for rust treatment, and paint touch up on the front end. Henry, did a great job with communication and scheduling. They did an amazing and quick job on my vehicle. They also ended up touching up my rear bumper that had some chips in the paint! Our experience was so wonderful, we actually brought in another one of our vehicles here for a paint touch up on some minor scratches on the roof and bumper. Very pleased with the work done, and customer service. I highly recommend this place!”

“My family brought our cars here when we lived in the Bay, and after a few years living in another state, I moved back and brought my car in for a regular service. Justin remembered my family after all those years and took great care of the car.A few weeks later I kept hearing a rattle when I was driving, so I took the car in and they checked it out - even getting a mechanic to ride with me on the highway to make sure they were hearing the same sound. Turns out living in a snowy place makes your car rust and rattle! Everything was resolved quickly and with great communication. Justin also called a lyft for me when I had to leave my car for an extended service, just highlighting how great this place is and how well they take care of their customers.They always send a report of what they've found and discuss next steps and what they recommend verus what you can save until the next visit. My beloved 240D got a massive dent in the hood from a falling pinecone -- as the car is an all original time capsule, I was incredibly nervous getting work done. “I have a fiat 500 that I love!! I can't stand bringing my car to the dealership service department for a multitude of reasons but that's what I've always done because I never really knew of a good mechanic that deals with fiats. I've always dreamed of finding a mechanic that is very knowledgeable about fiats and is someone I can trust. After a recent unhappy experience at the local fiat dealer service department I decided to bring my car to Italian performance to see what they thought of the suggested repairs that the fiat service department said I needed. Well I won't go into specifics but I'll just say this is when I met Andy of Italian performance and I can honestly say I will never bring my fiat 500 anywhere else. Andy is almost too good to be true but he actually is that good. He knows fiats well (and mini coopers) and I completely trust him with mine. Such a friendly, knowledgeable and good person and even though I have not had the need for any major service done to my fiat I would not hesitate to have Andy be the one to do it.”
