“I decided to visit this location for the first time yesterday since Whole Foods is nearby. The location was a bit hard to get to because from where I was going, you needed to turn left onto Hillsdale court rather than Hillsdale Blvd. At the store, the clerks were very helpful and friendly. One lady told me what the store's favorites are from their recent tasting as well as the customer favorites. One of the recommendations was spot on. I had a few bottles in mind coming in and checked all the bottles on the Vivino app and was able to narrow down on some bottles. Great store and friendly staff!”

“Burlingame tobbaconists is truly a gem in the Peninsula for the Bay Area. The new owner, Don, always greets me with a hello and a handshake whenever I occasionally decide to drop in and enjoy a smoke. His selection is vast, especially if you're a Davidoff fan, and he keeps his sticks perfectly humidified with his renovated system that he put into place. In fact, the entire place is renovated as ownership exchanged to his hands. He put his personal touch on the place with plenty of leather seats, ashtrays, and even a fresh drink of water as you enjoy your stick.
I can't say enough good things about this place, as it has become a go-to place to hang out with a buddy who I haven't seen in awhile, and I hope to do so for many years to come.”

“Couldn't find a glass tank replacement anywhere on this side of the Bay Area, not even at actual Vape specifics shops. This guy had replacements, coils, and everything else you would need in case of an emergency. Great price as well. I had purchased 2 pieces of the glass for the tank and accidentally left one behind. The man didn't realize that the case he gave me was the empty one. Simple mistake, he was so helpful and gave me my other tank. Great business and would recommend to anyone needing a last minute solution.”

“Steve was amazing, a few weeks back I bought a Smok RPM lite from these guys, through no fault of their own the device broke. I called them up and asked if there was any chance at repair. Steve said come on in lets see what we can do. After taking a look at it he stated that unfortunately the device was shot but he was more than willing to make an exchange for a similar product. Offered me plenty of exchanges for different products but in the end I went with a new pack of coils and juice for the mod that was in my car. Pretty much the price of the RPM device itself. If you have any doubts about the customer service here, let this review speak for itself. Steve was incredible, knowledgeable and kind.”
