“I've had my dog's teeth cleaned at VCA before, but this time I had concerns about a tooth that looked grey, so I brought him to Animal Dental Clinic for cleaning, x-rays, and potential treatment.

The difference was night and day. They treated my dog exceptionally well and walked me through every tooth and x-ray via FaceTime during the procedure. The level of care felt more like visiting a top human dentist than a standard vet.

I worked with both Dr. Farcas and he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. When I mentioned my dog's skin gets irritated when shaved (he licks the spot for weeks), they found a way to place the IV without shaving his leg.

I also appreciated that Dr. Farcas was knowledgeable about the MDR1 gene mutation common in Australian Shepherds and took extra precautions with anesthesia protocols because of it. It gave me real peace of mind knowing they understood the specific risks for my dog's breed and weren't just using a one-size-fits-all approach. That level of specialized knowledge makes a big difference when your dog is going under.

The tooth that worried me turned out to be just plaque from crowding, which they cleaned thoroughly.

It costs more than a general vet, but the expertise and individualized care are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone with dental concerns beyond a routine clean”

“This VCA location honestly has one of the nicest environments I’ve seen for a vet clinic. The interior is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and unlike many pet hospitals, it actually smells fresh inside instead of having that strong clinic smell.

The staff and doctors were all friendly and patient. I also really appreciate Dr. Pepper, who followed up with me afterward through messages and carefully explained everything about my cat’s condition and treatment.

I highly recommend Dr. Eric as well — he was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Overall, this clinic felt calm, welcoming, and very well designed compared to many other vet clinics I’ve visited.”
