“Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. I've been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think it's a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.”

I came in without an appointment to try on a couple of watches and was told there’s a ~45 min wait (expected) so I put my name down on the waitlist and continued browsing other stores. I got a text saying the SA was ready about 40 mins later, so I headed back to the store. I was greeted by Monica shortly after and she was wonderfully warm, courteous and kind. She wanted to get to know me and understand what my needs were, building a really positive experience that one expects with luxury shopping. She was so lovely! After a point it was like she could read my mind and understood exactly what I was looking for. She even gave me a tour of the jewelry collection and showed me a few signature Cartier pieces thereby giving me a wonderful introduction to the brand.
