“I see that I wrote this review 9 years ago and I will tell you my review wouldn't change an iota. Peter Lee, besides being one of the nicest people I've ever known, is like an old master. He is a craftsman that really knows his trade. If a watch is broken yet fixable, he will fix it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with a valuable time piece. He also stocks some beautiful legacy time pieces for sale. The only negative reviews I notice on Yelp seem to be related to the shop not being open or Peter being unavailable by phone. I'm sure Peter missed having the opportunity to accommodate a potential client but people have lives and things happen. If you have a little patience, you will never regret the excellent service that Peter offers.”

I also did not realize that it was cash only and the owner was kind enough to let me run and grab some cash. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their watches fixed. I went into the store to exchange my gift for another pair although the one he got me was beautiful, I had my eyes on something else. The girl that was helping us was very helpful. They had a lot of selections of purses and sunglasses. You do have to stand in line as they open the Rope for you to get in and out they don't let too many people in at once. Everyone there was very welcoming and they made our shopping experience nice.”

“A month later, I came back with my wife while the kids were at school, hoping to buy an Omega Planet Ocean but came out with an Omega Speedmaster. The price was just too good to pass up. It was a no brainer. Pritom hooked it up as usual. The only downside was that my wife was irritated at me for getting another watch. Had to go to Louis Vuitton as punishment.”

“Found this place via Yelp. Have been looking for a small, reliable and trustworthy jeweler since our fam jeweler closed her biz years ago. Have so far brought multiple items for repair. Done beautifully. Very reasonable pricing. Great communication. Timely finish. Nice counter staff and Kelly, the jeweler, is both competent and a hoot. Have enjoyed our association. This place is super. No hesitation to recommend.”
