Charming, clean, friendly owners, wonderful attention to detail, no carpeting, TV limited in loudness so no noise from adjacent room. Parking tight, room has a fridge, but coffeemaker and microwave in a nearby kitchen for communal use. Excellent value.

Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean, neat, and gave you everything you need in a hotel room. I am definitely coming back here next time I'm in San Clemente!

Great place to stay for an overnight stay. Perfect location and a great value. Room was newly renovated, clean and bed was comfortable.
