“Typical Ralph's - great prices (if you shop off brand and do their free membership rewards thing, otherwise it can be a bit expensive). Very clean. Staff members were very kind and helpful. Plenty of parking. Great options for fresh produce and meat. Lots of self checkout options, and they do have tap to pay options (🙌🏻). Clearance section is more hidden by the bathroom (back of store).”

“I had the most amazing experience with my pharmacists, Steven, Lizz, and Terry! After my vaccination I began to feel woozy and these three took such great care of me until I was feeling better. Pulling out a bench for me, talking with me and grabbing me pillows, water and an ice pack. Could not have asked for more kind and understanding people. “I want to share my INCREDIBLE experience with Pharmacist Hamida who went above and beyond with helping me with getting replacement autoinjectibles from Amgen in a timely way so that I could stay on schedule for injections. My wife and I have always gotten great service from Pavilions Pharmacy but this one was even better. When I retired recently and we had to switch our drug plan we made sure that Pavilions was in our network. Today’s experience was why we did so, THANKS HAMIDA!”

“Went into CVS this evening and had the pleasure of meeting Michael. My mom is in her late 70s and she was looking for a particular item, she had done a ton of research and said this was the location where they had it in stock but couldn’t find it on the aisles. She met Michael and from the moment he greeted us with a smile and a kind “Hello” we knew we were in good hands. He walked the aisles with us, answered questions, helped us find the right product and helped us at checkout. Sometimes it’s not just what you do but the way that you do it. We drove home talking about how genuinely kind and helpful he was and how he delighted us in our experience. If you visit this location, I pray you meet Michael!”

“I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Alfonso, who works in the bakery department at your Pavilion store on Pico Avenue.
Approximately three weeks ago, I visited the store in search of a sourdough bread to complement a meal I was preparing. I selected a loaf that was pre-sliced and found it to be excellent. When I returned the following week to purchase the same item, I located the bread but noticed it was not sliced. At that time, I was informed that no pre-sliced loaves were available.
However, during my visit today, April 2nd, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alfonso. When I inquired about the same sourdough bread, he informed me that while none were pre-sliced, he would be happy to slice one for me. This simple yet thoughtful gesture demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and went above and beyond my expectations.
I truly appreciated Alfonso’s willingness to assist and his positive attitude. Employees like him make a meaningful difference in the customer experience, and I hope his efforts are recognized.
