“Was impressed by the neatness of the woman's department area. All shirts were nicely folded and everything was in its place and in order. Came in search of 100% Cotton shirts (which I found for an AWESOME price of $2.47 each in many cool colors). Also, I was looking for nice style and cozy socks with 100% cotton but settled for 78% cotton, since the 100% were all solid white and not cute lol. Very satisfied with my selection and easy in and out self check out experience. Door guy was very pleasant gentleman.”

“The staff at this CVS aren't really the warmest I have met, but I'm not there to add to my Christmas card list. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Also, they seem to work hard on getting you in and out of there without mistakes. I only wish it was a drive-thru.”

“I came in here to get some Hanukkah candles tonight and they actually had them and they were on sale so I'd say 4 stars! I haven't gone to the pharmacy here but the store itself is pretty clean. There were a lot of people wearing masks so I feel safe. It was unusually hot in the store, though, so they need to check the thermostat! I had to takeoff my bubble jacket because it was so warm!!The parking is easy, btw!”

“Thank you sooo much Darrel for reminding me to use my app for my roast on sale. He was very friendly, efficient, and the little blonde bagger was nice for the compliment on my mask. All items on sale still stocked, and guy at meat counter with American flag was extra helpful and cordial. Great experience!”

“Great place, I needed a Bday cake for my wife and Christina at the bakery was extremely nice and professional. It is not just the quality of the food but the staff that works there.”

“CVS in San Clemente on De Los Mares is absolutely wonderful. A woman who works there always recognizes my 93 year old self hobbling along, and immediately helps me out. Every employee in the store is polite and very helpful. I wouldn't think of using another store. I love going there!\n\nSam Hunter, 406 Calle Vista Torito, San Clemente, CA”

“A lot of people don't understand that a pharmacy is still a medical center but just put into a retail setting. The systems don't work until the opening time (which hours will change in every location you go to). There are issues with CVS system such as -receiving messages it's ready when it is not. It actually doesn't mean it's ready but more we received the prescription and are working on it. If there are insurance issues or it wasn't sent in properly by whoever prescribed it then it will need to be redone. Which takes time because we have to send it back to the prescriber to get it fixed. The insurance is also a tricky one. It's not something the staff actually calls and fixes this is your insurance and every prescription with different insurances causes thousands of combinations in our database. So no, we can't just always go in and fix it. (I am a floater who works in CVS). Another thing to mention is every CVS is understaffed and this one heavily. The person at pick up is also working the drive thru the phones putting the prescriptions away and doing other task that the pharmacist has them doing. So yes, it will take time. Just like any other understaffed medical center. Do you ever go to the hospital thinking you're going to leave quickly? Probably not. The perspective of this fast paced system with pharmacies isn't sustainable. Yes rite aid might be faster but also because it has less customers. 8 locations have shut down in the past month, there will be more to come. We take In those who were once rite aid and now we have double the load. If you prefer somewhere else we won't argue you about it and we're happy you can find a service that fits you best. If you prefer CVS or don't have an option then I hope you can understand that this is still a medical center and we work with hundreds of prescriptions a day. Thank you for your patience and time and thank you for being a part of CVS”
