I received a call from my UPS store Manager (Jeremy) stating my package was delivered the next day, July 23, 2024. I had made a mistake...I was tracking an Amazon Return package I brought in to UPS at the same time.

I've been using this UPS location for 15 years. I've always had a good experience. Recently went to the San Juan store and it was a nightmare, in the future sticking to SC UPS in the Trader Joe's Plaza.
