“I travel quite a bit and use shipping and mailboxes businesses all over the world. I have the majority of my mail sent here when I'm not in California and I have nothing but praise for both the efficiency of the business and the employees. I'm not sure where some of the comments are coming from in these reviews, but I have always had very positive interactions with ALL the employees and have been doing business here for many years. In additions, all of my packages are handled quickly and efficiently, both outgoing and incoming.In my opinion, this is the best UPS store in town (I've tried the other two) and if you have any shipping needs or incoming mail needs, I don't know why you wouldn't start here. Quick, easy, friendly, a very efficient operation IMHO.”
