“I love this gym. The hours are great and the owners and staff are super friendly. It's wonderful to support small local businesses. You can't beat the membership rate. This is mostly a lifting gym with some cardio equipment. No classes or pool. Coffee is available for purchase along with some snacks. There is sauna therapy available as well. : )”
