Hammer & Nails Ace Hardware is a favorite local place in Pacific Beach. It is a smaller store but has a decent selection of hardware items and things for the house, including all those little things you can't find elsewhere. Amazingly, they stock many things inside and customers rarely have to go elsewhere. People always find the employees super nice, friendly, eager, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. It is great to have a local hardware store where you can pick up what you need quickly. Prices are similar to large chain stores.
