“The people at this store are extremely friendly and competent. Every time I come here everyone greets me and eagerly provides me witn courteous service. Parking's not bad if you can get one of the free spots in the back. Too bad there are not many more places with staff that are willing to show customer appreciation.”

It works awesome and I have not stopped using it since I received it! It’s the perfect size for your desk and I use it on all my work Zoom meetings. “This Ace Hardware has a greeter and help desk counter as soon as one steps in the door. The nice lady asked me immediately what I was looking for and then told me what aisle it was in. Awesome, in and out quickly without having to walk the aisles aimlessly, so to speak, that is if one does not frequent the hardware store. Just to be clear, the store is well laid out with a great variety of goodies. Final word, a good neighborhood hardware and general home care store.”

“I just bought a place in Pacific Beach and found this hardware store. I’ve been there several times already and they’ve had everything I’ve needed. The staff is knowledgeable and there have always been several working in there at a time so getting help finding things is easy. They have quite a lot of floor space, the size is deceptive. I literally went in there today for a plumbing part, they took me to it, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Try that in a big box store. And their pricing is actually quite reasonable.”

“They were pretty helpful i ending up buying a very quiet click type torque wrench in lb with very minimal feedback until you go way past the torque specification so I broke an expensive part they couldn't return the tool for money sadly but they offered to exchange or give store credit so I just purchased a new part and am gonna try with a better digital tool wish me luck 🤞”

“I attended the Pen turning class at the Claremont Mesa Rockler store. The instructor was great. She took the time to go over safety procedures and safety equipment. She explained each step of the process in detail. Showed how to setup the machine and blank. She went the extra mile after we finished the pens and answered any questions. I highly recommend this class.”
