“I love canyon ridge. It has been one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. Really have no notes. Equity residential in general is super great. We had to terminate our lease early and we were able to move to another equity residential property and our settlement fee was much cheaper. I literally call the office almost weekly with questions and they are always so polite and try to answer all my questions.”
“Mark came to replace a broken switch. Service was top notch. He also identified an outlet needing replaced and took care of that while he was here without a separate maintenance request.”

“Zahi and Mitchell have been incredible. Solterra should definitely keep these men around. He was so informative about “why” Solterra beats any other apartment complex to call home. This is a community where everyone watches out for everyone and he knew their names and I felt home without even living there. The leasing process was absolutely seamless. So I am confident the move in process will be similar. I am looking forward to calling this place home. If you tour this complex ask for Zahi or Mitchell.”
“Carlos did a wonderful maintenance job to replace a new faucet for me. He is really practical, helpful and friendly. I have been staying in Torrey gardens for more than two and half years, this place has the best maintenance team ever!”
“I love El Dorado hills apartments! Everybody on the staff and maintenance are very helpful friendly. This place is very clean, they keep up the outside and maintenance on the inside. This is a very quiet and family-oriented place. Lot of military as well ,Thank you to our service members. This is a wonderful place to call home. I encourage you to come check out the apartments you can even find them on Instagram at El Dorado hills apartments for a virtual tour. I've never been happy in an apartment complex until I moved here. You have tennis court basketball court you have a little soccer area little playground for the children. You have two pools and four jacuzzis and an all-equipped gym. Again I encourage you to come check out the apartments I love living here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else”
“I've been a resident at the Orchard for over 6 years and, personally, I am very happy here. The location is very convenient and close to public transit and the current management has been very caring and efficient.
In the last couple of years, the complex has become gated and as of today we can enjoy the use of a newly constructed beautiful clubhouse.”
“We have lived at park 12 for about 11 months and will be moving out in August due to finding a better unit for the price elsewhere. For our time here, it’s been nothing but good except the occasional dog pee in the elevator which is cleaned up very fast once the team is notified. I have never had a package stolen which I know happens at some other properties. I want to give credit to Allison for always being helpful and prompt with any questions or needs as well as Adrian for touring us from the first day to helping us through the leasing process. Even 11 months later he still remember us from the day of the tour. Maintinence has also always been extremely fast and very nice. If I put a work order in it’s normally done next day. I did have an emergency leak one at 1 am at one point and the maintenance supervisor showed up 20 minutes later and was able to get it fixed and even cleaned up the mess. The only downside of the property is the traffic during petco events, people live in their own world and can stop and block people off in the main courtyard (there is another entrance and exit for that reason). I work in property management myself and just want to say overall for me and my roommate living in downtown for the first time, Park 12 has been exceptionally great for us. Would and have recommended it to friends and down the line if I still decide to live in downtown I would definitely be back to get an apartment with the stadium views.”

They have fantastic resident events that are actually fun, great amenities and the staff and fantastic and very responsive to any feedback!”

He gave me an in depth tour of what living at Metro would be like and allowed me to see the studios and one bedroom apartments. He answered all of my questions with all the details. “Going into my 7th month renting at IMT. I can honestly say, the leasing office is exceptional. Brandon, Shaeem, Dee Dee, and Vivian take good care of us. Anytime I have an issue (including noisy neighbors) they handle it quickly.
The location is central. Plenty of stores and restaurants within the area. Guest parking can be challenging so I’d plan ahead in the event you have visitors.”

“I have lived at Hourglass Park Apartments for three years now and I really enjoy the atmosphere which includes nice amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, pickleball courts, laundromat and an off street assigned parking space). The grounds are beautiful; the units are well maintained and comfortably equipped. Located close to freeways, shops, schools, restaurants, and a movie theater.
Then considering the greater San Diego rents, they are reasonably priced.
The staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests and does their due diligence to get the work done. Sometimes vendors lag, but onsite staff is always quick to respond.
This is a safe and comfortable place to live.”

“We lived here for 8 months, thought it would be longer and I have to say…it was wonderful. The location of this building is so perfect. In the midst of everything, Little Italy, the waterfront. If you have a higher floor the views are stunning. The units are simple but nice, good ventilation with windows front and back, good use of space, ours had a cute little fireplace that gave off some nice heat in the wintertime. The pool deck is totally a resort. A few months of jacuzzi heat problems, some elevator problems, but they were eventually resolved. Of course, the corporate policies will nickel and dime your move-out to make sure you don’t get your security deposit back, but that’s just corporate finance, I guess. Overall, as nice as the place was, it was the staff here that made it a home. Can’t say enough about Lynn at the front desk, she always made an effort to be personable. Sarah in the office, so responsive, professional, and kind. Julie, Jose, Forest, Jack, Cristina, Jorge with ABM, so many great people who work here made our life here pleasant.”

“One bedroom one bathroom apartment 650 square feet, granite counter tops, wood laminate flooring and nine-foot-high ceiling throughout. Easterly facing picture windows are eight ft. by nine ft., especially desirable to morning people as the sunrises. All units are impeccably maintained, and response times for requests are appropriate. Management by Royal Property Management professionals with integrity, fair, reliable and consistent, friendly and conscientious good people. The unit, a one bedroom with full size bathtub, two walk in closets, (bowling alley and standard). Leasing and moving in, very easy, even during the pandemic. Every aspect of our experience here is deserving of five stars, and I do recommend it to anyone who asks. Five of five stars at all times. Best wishes and special thanks to the management and staff.”
