“We have had many great experiences with our maintenance team, and I especially want to recognize Cesar, Carlos, Jesse, and Gino. Cesar always goes above and beyond. There was even one time when we had an emergency with our bathroom faucet. We couldn’t turn the water off, and it just kept running. It was already late in the evening, and his shift was over, but Cesar still came and fixed everything for us. He always provides exceptional service and is such a pleasant person to talk to every time we meet him. Carlos always seems to make the impossible possible! If something is broken and a new part is needed, he somehow always finds it and fixes the problem as quickly as possible so we don’t have to deal with the inconvenience. We really appreciate his dedication and willingness to find a solution. Jesse is a new member of the team and has only completed one maintenance request for us so far, but he was also very professional, very pleasant to communicate with, and fixed everything quickly and did an excellent job. Gino has always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to our maintenance requests, usually by the next day. He is always respectful, pleasant to talk to, and we appreciate his help as well. We truly appreciate having such a wonderful maintenance team. Thank you for everything you do!”

“This is the most beautiful grounds around. Lots of trees, fruit trees, flowers and lush grass. There's an area for you to have a plot to garden in as well. The clubhouse was recently remodeled, and is gorgeous! There is a computer room, game rooms, pool table, a gym, and so much more. The office always has activities and fun things to do in the clubhouse, as well as planned excursions. Tonight there's a New Years Eve party for the residents. Rent is very reasonable. The apartments are cozy and maintained diligently. The waiting list to get in is currently closed. You will have to call regularly to see if there's an opening to get on the list.”

“We have lived at park 12 for about 11 months and will be moving out in August due to finding a better unit for the price elsewhere. For our time here, it’s been nothing but good except the occasional dog pee in the elevator which is cleaned up very fast once the team is notified. I have never had a package stolen which I know happens at some other properties. I want to give credit to Allison for always being helpful and prompt with any questions or needs as well as Adrian for touring us from the first day to helping us through the leasing process. Even 11 months later he still remember us from the day of the tour. Maintinence has also always been extremely fast and very nice. If I put a work order in it’s normally done next day. I did have an emergency leak one at 1 am at one point and the maintenance supervisor showed up 20 minutes later and was able to get it fixed and even cleaned up the mess. The only downside of the property is the traffic during petco events, people live in their own world and can stop and block people off in the main courtyard (there is another entrance and exit for that reason). I work in property management myself and just want to say overall for me and my roommate living in downtown for the first time, Park 12 has been exceptionally great for us. Would and have recommended it to friends and down the line if I still decide to live in downtown I would definitely be back to get an apartment with the stadium views.”

“I love El Dorado hills apartments! Everybody on the staff and maintenance are very helpful friendly. This place is very clean, they keep up the outside and maintenance on the inside. This is a very quiet and family-oriented place. Lot of military as well ,Thank you to our service members. This is a wonderful place to call home. I encourage you to come check out the apartments you can even find them on Instagram at El Dorado hills apartments for a virtual tour. I've never been happy in an apartment complex until I moved here. You have tennis court basketball court you have a little soccer area little playground for the children. You have two pools and four jacuzzis and an all-equipped gym. Again I encourage you to come check out the apartments I love living here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else”

“Going into my 7th month renting at IMT. I can honestly say, the leasing office is exceptional. Brandon, Shaeem, Dee Dee, and Vivian take good care of us. Anytime I have an issue (including noisy neighbors) they handle it quickly. The location is central. Plenty of stores and restaurants within the area. Guest parking can be challenging so I’d plan ahead in the event you have visitors.”

“We lived here for 8 months, thought it would be longer and I have to say…it was wonderful. The location of this building is so perfect. In the midst of everything, Little Italy, the waterfront. If you have a higher floor the views are stunning. The units are simple but nice, good ventilation with windows front and back, good use of space, ours had a cute little fireplace that gave off some nice heat in the wintertime. The pool deck is totally a resort. A few months of jacuzzi heat problems, some elevator problems, but they were eventually resolved. Of course, the corporate policies will nickel and dime your move-out to make sure you don’t get your security deposit back, but that’s just corporate finance, I guess. Overall, as nice as the place was, it was the staff here that made it a home. Can’t say enough about Lynn at the front desk, she always made an effort to be personable. Sarah in the office, so responsive, professional, and kind. Julie, Jose, Forest, Jack, Cristina, Jorge with ABM, so many great people who work here made our life here pleasant.”

“I have lived at Hourglass Park Apartments for three years now and I really enjoy the atmosphere which includes nice amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, pickleball courts, laundromat and an off street assigned parking space). The grounds are beautiful; the units are well maintained and comfortably equipped. Located close to freeways, shops, schools, restaurants, and a movie theater. Then considering the greater San Diego rents, they are reasonably priced. The staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests and does their due diligence to get the work done. Sometimes vendors lag, but onsite staff is always quick to respond. This is a safe and comfortable place to live.”

“Well maintained in side n out. Very reasonable rent rates. Been here for six years. Quiet but at times can get noisy with kids playing outside. No play areas but the pool during the summer .can be noisy . Do not live in front of pool unless you can deal with the noise or are a day sleeper. Lived in front of pool for 6 years. Just transfered to an up grated one on main street. New landscaping is in the works. Laundry room is kept very clean.I have enjoyed my living here”
