“I have had a wonderful experience with Canyon Ridge so far! Michelle in the leasing office has been great to work with, she is very friendly, responds quickly and is overall just a kind person. Maintenance is friendly and quick to fix any problem. I was nervous about being in a bottom unit, but this apartment is built very well and there is no issue with loud noises, etc. The quality of the apartment is very nice, you can tell they put in good quality appliances, this is far from your typical "land lord special". Everyone in the community seems friendly and respectful of their neighbors. Strongly recommend this complex.”

“I just moved in a few days, so can't say that this is a 100% accurate review, but from stepping into the leasing office to current, my experience here has been awesome! I walked into the leasing office with no appointment, and Stephen was very friendly and was able to provide a tour of 2 apartments right away. He responds in a very timely fashion, and will make you feel right at home and help out with getting your application filled out and approved. The units are very clean, modern and have a great feel to them. Mitch is also incredibly nice and great to work with. On move in day, my garage door opener wasn't working, so Stephen had Jose from maintenance work on fixing it, and Jose was also very nice and quick to resolve the issue. The clubhouse has a lot of great space for people to work out of. The only downside is not having an elevator, but it doesn't hurt to exercise :) If you're looking into living here, you'll have a great experience with Stephen and Mitch!”

“Had an awesome time at the Pacific Ridge annual Holiday Party that the apartments put on for the residents. There was a stellar array of appetizers and desserts, a cocoa station, cocktails, and then they raffled off a load of great gifts! It's wonderful living here...great landscaping, beautiful buildings, lots of amenities, but best of all is the friendly and helpful staff.”

“When Lori Williams answers the phone, she has a smile in her voice and a how can I help you attitude. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She listened to me and made me feel valued and heard. Lori responded quickly to questions and always followed up to ensure my concerns were resolved. She went above and beyond to make my move in as easy as possible. I am thankful for her knowledge and her kindness.”

“Came out from the Midwest in short order. The ladies, at Jefferson at Carmel were outstanding to say the least. The support staff and Jose and Tina and Shelby were always helpful and sweet and couldn’t say enough positive things. If you’re at the office or see Debbie or Shelby or Tina please give them a hard time for me. Very very very sweet group and a wonderful community to live in.”

“A big benefit of living at park 12 are the fun events management puts on for the residents. All the events are free and are coordinated by Maleek, who is amazing. Last month we did a candle making class and we do mixology classes monthly. Highly recommend living here!”

“I have been living at the complex since 2021. Beautifully maintained building and amenities, plus the surrounding area is great for walking and clearing the mind. Very calm and quiet.I want to particularly call out Cesar Hernandez and his colleagues for being courteous and polite always. They respond to concerns immediately and help resolve them very quickly. I have never had any maintenance issues that weren’t resolved within an hour of my request notice.”

“I have lived here for going on 3 years. No complaints as i just re signed my lease this last march. I love how you are central to everything in San Diego, as well as being very close to the freeway and lots of shopping (target, home goods, trader joes) my most favorite thing about promenade would be our landlord Shannon. She is very responsive, kind and accommodating. She has made my 3 years living here enjoyable which is very important living somewhere. The landlord usually makes or breaks your living situation but SHANNON IS 10/10 hands down one of the best landlords in san diego! thank you Promenade!”

I clean their apartments, they are always soo clean, and ready to move in. Alisha always greets me with a smile , and Alberto, is always willing to help me out. This place is clean and friendly !! “The Peachtree is remodeling many apartments and they look fantastic. The best thing about Peachtree is the management, and the girls behind the desk. Ask them any question about anything and they will find the right answer you are looking for. Saul the manager is exceptional. I seek his advice pretty much every morning, he seems to always make my day better, no matter how bad things are, just speaking to him brightens the sun somehow, and the birds chirp a little louder. Truly amazing! I have been a tenant here for over 4 years and the staff, and Saul make this apartment better and better every passing day. If you have not checked out the rooms at the Peachtree, you need to, they are definitely worth looking at, and the price is the best in the whole city of San Diego.”

“Went to tour units here today and Isaiah, the leasing agent, was very helpful. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the property and the units. Highly recommend him. The property is very nice, with easy access to Little Italy's greatest amenities, and offers some of the best views in the area. The property is well-maintained and the residents seem friendly and clean.”

“My wife and I have lived here for just over 2 years. Generally speaking, we've enjoyed it. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. And the maintenance people are timely and efficient. No one's perfect...which is why the 4 star rating. We like it enough though, that we just signed a lease for another year.”

If he sees Dennis at the coffee machine, he immediately checks if the newspapers have been delivered, often hand-delivering it so it can be enjoyed with the morning coffee. “Hever was able to help my family find a beautiful home instantly! Due to our horrible situation from previous property manager and our urgent need to find a safe and healthy environment we were literally stranded in a motel.Before you look anywhere else for a top of the line housing community call El Dorado Hills Apartment Homes!CLEAN, NEWER HOMES WITH NO DAMPNESS OR MOLD!The courtyards are so fragrant and serene - I felt like I was in heaven!Dog park with washing station was a huge plus too?.We feel like family already!We are so happy to be out of the uninhabitable condition where we were living.”

But it's not just about looks – my apartment has massive windows that flood the place with light and offer incredible city views. Plus, the private patio is like having my own outdoor oasis – perfect for entertaining with friends (and soaking up those San Diego sunsets!).And let's not forget the crown jewel – InsideOUT downstairs! It's become my go-to spot for delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere. As part of the LGBT community, I especially love the welcoming and inclusive vibe at Eitol Towers. Live here if you want to enjoy a REAL community with character and uniqueness!”

“Second time living here and the management has improved significantly since 2018 (previous management was very passive and permissive of everything ), moved back in in 2022. Very responsive maintenance requests and a manager who actually trys to make sure everything is handled promptly and effectively. The amount of plants on the property is amazing and beautiful. The owner really enjoys plants so that's a big win for us. Rent is just as expensive as the rest of San Diego so hard to be happy about that but there's no winning on that front. Centrally located is also a big plus.”

“Well maintained in side n out. Very reasonable rent rates. Been here for six years. Quiet but at times can get noisy with kids playing outside. No play areas but the pool during the summer .can be noisy . Do not live in front of pool unless you can deal with the noise or are a day sleeper. Lived in front of pool for 6 years. Just transfered to an up grated one on main street. New landscaping is in the works. Laundry room is kept very clean.I have enjoyed my living here”

“The main reason we found and rented our apartment here was due to the excellent, over the top service from Casey Baldwin in the leasing office. She answered my email immediately and followed up with every helpful suggestion to make the process as easy as possible to do everything remotely from Oakland. I hadn't had much luck with other locations when I sent emails and called but when I happened upon Casey she made it so easy the lease was signed in no time. And now that we have moved in Danielle and Gustavo have added to the great service we received from Casey by being so helpful when we drop by the leasing office with questions! Great place, great amenities - fantastic gym. We love it here.”
