We recently signed a lease at the Park 12. We’re moving from Washington DC and were very impressed with the property and its amenities. The leasing office staff were very helpful, and My Watkins in particular made our experience easy and pleasant.

Had an amazing move in experience thanks to Adrian and Nicole! The property is huge so I anticipated delays in response or a less than personal move in but I received the opposite. The apartment complex feels like a community I’m very happy to be apart of it
