Most of the time they are very accommodating.... Every now & then you will get someone that doesn't have much customer service experience.... I call.....they deliver.... I rent hospital equipment & buy supplies from them each month.... I've had a couple of mixup but overall they get my supplies out to me when needed...

I was very pleased by this customer service representative. She really knew her job well, was very patient, and seemed to really care about my needs. I believe this phone call only took about 5 minutes and she was already confirming that my package had been delivered. Great job!

I received a call today from Apria. It was not even an actual person, but a generic voicemail. When I called back to speak to someone I was on hold for 15 minutes before it gave me the option of leaving a voicemail. What a lazy and poor way to do business. At least with the other healthcare companies it gives the option of leaving a call back phone number or being placed on hold. Then to be clear they leave a voicemail stating that they are coming to pick up medical equipment tomorrow when prior doctor appointments are scheduled on top of not even stating what they are picking up. If you’d like better service I would take your business elsewhere. We use Supercare and Horizon. I would use them instead if they can offer what you are looking for.

Gave it a one star because ZERO stars is not an option. Pulled up to pick up parking space where sign tells you to stay in the car and call the number and they will bring out your order - mine is a walker. Phone number continually goes to voice mail for 30 minutes but can't leave a voicemail because it's FULL! Saw an employee going in so I asked her to tell someone I was waiting. She said she would. HA! No one came out so 10 minutes later I had to walk up the stairs to their lobby. No one there at the desk and looked like no one was in the cubicles. Finally someone walked in and I told her the problem. Couldn't find my order. Then took another 5 minutes to run a payment. At one point I had 4 people in front of me trying to finish the order. 45 minutes past my appointment time I am leaving. The poorest service I have had in a while. They don't care about the review because it seems like all the reviews are 1 star.

1) My Rollater was delivered in the expected time frame, however written delivery instructions were not followed. They had been confirmed twice by phone, yet were ignored.2) The required electronic signing of a legal document on line was not functioning. I tried repeatedly, and finally phoned Apria and spoke to Robin at approximately 9:30am, 11/10/23. I was told that many customers had complained of a similar problem and that a paper form would be sent by USMail for signature. However, I still continue to get requests to complete electronic signing including a threat to cancel my Rollater order ( even though it had already been delivered.See Reminder Notice #5: Apria Healthcare Private and Confidential sent 11/14/23.)So I phoned Apria again and reported these 2 issues to Ivan. It seems that Apria has some serious communication issues. This makes doing business in a functional manner seriously challenging and annoying.

I have been dealing with them for 7 months. No help no support. Just sends me to one person after the other. They all do, the. "I don't no what's happening," clueless bit. Let's get you over to #4. Repeat, repeat, repeat.Don't know how much that machine cost but it is on its way to the land fill. Most likely that was it's purpose all Along.Took me Twenty years to finally get approved to see a pulmonologist to prescribe it. Negative 1 trillion stars all in Super Nova!!

I waited for my nebulizer for over a month. They never gave clear directions or paperwork to my doctor until I called to follow up a month after my doctor ordered the nebulizer for my son. Overall, poor customer service for lack of follow up. My son needs his nebulizer to breathe and having me wait on hold with the doctor and their company just to get answers was really a waste of time.

My 93 yr old mother was sent a new walker through Kaiser PT. Apria was very quick and responsive in the communications and delivery of the walker. All employees we had contact with were professional and pleasant.

You or a loved one could literally die because of this company. They are impossible to get ahold of and seemingly don't process orders from your doctor requesting medical equipment.

Apria is very inefficient. They didn't deliver the hospital bed they said they would within the 4 hour time period they designated (1:30 pm to 5:30 pm). We called at 5:30 and they pushed the time out to 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Then when we called at 10:00 pm, they said 10:30 pm to 2:30 am the next day at which time we canceled the order. How inconvenient to the family dealing with putting their loved one on hospice! They sent service agreements 5 times after we canceled the order (obviously computer generated but also inconsiderate). They didn't schedule a pick up of equipment (oxygen tanks) when the hospice nurse requested it. I had to call to schedule it after realizing they weren't coming after 4 days. I was told they would call me with the 4 hour window for the pick up but they didn't. I called and was immediately placed on hold saying all representatives were answering other calls but while I was on hold for 10 minutes, the driver called to say he'd be there within 15 minutes. Coincidence? I don't think so. I think they saw the phone number I was calling from and dispatched the driver to call me so they didn't have to answer my call. 100% sure of that move. I hope for the sake of everybody who has to deal with this company that Kaiser will discontinue whatever contract they have with Apria and find a company that will provide the high standard of care equal to the level of service that Kaiser Hospice provides. I would not recommend Apria to my worst enemy. Why can't I put zero stars on Google?

The customer service is okay, I am a very patient person and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but my goodness trying to get through the phone line is horrible. I’ve waited over an hour trying to connect to somebody. The delivery man to deliver my stuff was so unprofessional and rude. it wasn’t my choice to go to this company this is what my drs sent me to. I’d hate to have to work with them again. my issues took weeks to resolve. It took 2 attempts to deliver my stuff and they didn’t deliver on the date they said they would. They confirm my info every single time I call but they still manage to have the wrong information when I call again.

UGH. Apria. Newly diagnosed OSA, referred to Apria and was a mess from the get go. The person I first spoke with did not repeat back to me any of my information and thus entered both my name AND address incorrectly leaving me to be unable to sign or locate my orderfor several days. When I called, they had no solution because they just weren't sure how to find me. After that mess was sorted, I received my mask, didn't fit right, spoke to Kaiser who ordered another; which I received no issue from Apria. Didn't fit right. I'm really struggling with the mask, so Kaiser orders a mask fitting with Apria, ok great. I miss their call since they call at 530 from a blocked number. I try to call them back for a week, on hold for 30 mins each time and had to bail out before receiving an answer. FINALLY get ahold of someone in RT last Thursday. He says no RT is available to speak to me, I ask to schedule the fitting, he says the RT does that and tells me he can't schedule a call or tell me when they will call but that they have a call scheduled for that day. Ugh. ok, so I turn off my 'block unknown calls' and even though I'm working I wait for the scheduled call. All day, waiting ... and no call. Friday comes; no call. What is even the point of calling back if the person has no RTs, no way to reach them and no way to schedule an appt?!I wouldn't be as upset if it wasn't such an urgent matter. Waking up 8 times an hour every night gets old quick and I'm doing everything I can on my end to treat it. Kaiser has done everything on their end to help me, and then there is Apria .... just .... bringing every bit of progress to a screeching halt. 2/10 do not recommend if you have to go beyond just ordering something basic.

Absolutely horrible company. There is no communication between their different departments, the doctors offices, the medical insurance company and their associates. They will lie to you, mislead you, give you the run around, give you false information and take no accountability when you call them out on it. The delivery people are horrible, they will lie and say they came to your home, called and knocked on your door and left because you did not answer. It has taken them 3.5 weeks to finally deliver a damaged wheel chair to us. And now they are saying we have to wait a for a replacement because they have none and the wheelchair is on back order. Save yourself the headache, go to another company that cares and actually has some dignity to be honest, helpful, transparent and actually cares and wants to help the patient.

Apria initiated contact with me after Kaiser scheduled my wife's surgery. They arranged for the delivery of the walker we would need, calculated our payment based on our insurance, and took the information over the phone. The walker arrived when promised. It seems like a really good quality product - sturdy, lightweight, foldable. Very happy with how things went!

Terrible - absolutely terrible! Through Kaiser, an PAP machine was ordered. When the machine arrived, I took a look at it, still in the box, and realized it was not what I was expecting nor would it help with my medical situation. I contacted Apria requesting to return it. The phone representative told me all sales are final and cannot be returned. I was never made aware of that and requested a copy of the contract. They refused to provide a copy, one was never signed, and told a me a supervisor would contact me in 24 hours. A week later, not hearing from anybody, I contacted Apria again and after some discussion, they agreed to take the machine back. They said I will receive a refund link in seven to ten days. I still have not received that and will be issuing a charge back. In the strongest sense, I would not recommend Apria for anything. .
