although small, with local vendors with fruits, veggies, bread, gorgeous Italian table clothes, jewelries, and a fine restaurant , and of course delicious wines....i recomended

Didn't like wine. Staff was nice. Atmosphere interesting. Just wasn't for me. Charcuterie was OK...not the best... Did it gf by taking the crustinie off. Still quite spendy. Won't be going back but worth a visit to see.

My wife and I visited the winery twice last year. It is one of the oldest winery in San Diego area. The landscape is beautiful. Outdoor seating in the restaurant especially during summer time is very enjoyable. There are several boutique style shops which we enjoyed shopping as well. I would highly recommend Bernardo Vineyards.
Bernardo Winery is southern California's oldest winery, owned and operated by the Rizzo family for three generations. A wine, dining and shopping destination centrally located in San Diego county.
