Very hard to find. Didn't indicate that the building was under construction and not visible from the street. I nearly missed my pickup before the place closed. The vehicle was very nice, lots of bells and whistles. Very good on gas

Christmas Eve 2019 ... I have had a car reservation and have had for a long time. I get a call 1.5 hours before they close. No Cars. Really Sorry. The guy was apologetic, but now I'm stuck. Completely ruining Christmas! How the F am I supposed to get to Phoenix now?

Arrived to a sign saying they would be back. They were closing soon but had to make a group wait while they went out. Rude and dismissive employees at check in and out. FILTHY CAR , BUGS , STICKY INSIDE.
