About Canyon Park
Canyon Park is a fantastic and great place to live, with residents recommending it. The management and office team are friendly, helpful, and a never-ending source of finding and fixing issues, always following up. The maintenance team is few but mighty, doing a great job, keeping things in running order, and being very helpful and easy to work with. The apartments are updated. The best reason is its location in the city without feeling like it, as the neighborhood is in a quiet business district, safe and not feeling busy or crowded. It is a 10-minute walk to trolley and bus stations and a 20-minute walk to UCSD. Amenities include nice pools and jacuzzis, and a small gym with no AC. A car is needed, and there is only one parking spot per unit with no visitor parking. Residents have lived here happily for many years.

Great place to live 👍 office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance does a great job. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Definitely would recommend to friends anytime.

Lovely, quiet community. The management team is very helpful, responsive and caring. Pete in maintenance is great. Property is clean and well maintained.

This place has a reasonable price and reasonable quality. I lived here with my wife (Devi) and child here for 18 months till I move out of California for new job. They are friendly and receptive to customers. Only things this apartment needs is a few more hydraulics gym equipments. The location is very advantageous.
