I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the printing service at your store, as this is not the first time I’ve experienced issues.
I placed an online print order, and when I went to pick it up the next day, my documents were not prepared or organized. The staff member simply told me to grab the documents that were mine, but there were papers scattered everywhere. I noticed that at least two pages were not mine, so I set them aside. However, once I arrived home, I realized that four of my documents were missing, and I was still charged for the full number of printed pages.
Additionally, I want to mention that on a previous visit, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my prints because the printer wasn’t even turned on and had no ink. The machine had to be rebooted, and I had to leave with only part of my order, yet I was still charged for pages that were never printed or handed to me.
I kindly request that you review your printing process and ensure better organization and service for future customers. Thank you.

Please avoid using this pharmacy due to consistently poor customer service for both patients and providers. Despite sending a prescription for two medications, Ms. Anna hung up on us three times! They initially claimed not to have received it; however, they acknowledged receiving part of the prescription on separate occasions.They resent the prescription, yet they still only confirmed partial receipt, demonstrating unreliable and frustrating services

Hours say open until 11pm on Saturday. Closed at 10pm when I arrived. Employees inside but would not open.

his is my regular cvs I was helped by Mario
He was overwhelmed and was being rude to customers. I get it understaffed and overwhelmed but we all were waiting and being nice and understanding. No reason for him to tell the lady in front of me “then why are you waiting for me then”. Lady spoke Spanish and did not defend herself.
When it was my turn he got upset I asked to put my cvs number for my rewards. He said you should have asked before. Okay they always ask me then he proceeded to be rude to my husband I bite my tongue trying to be understanding but no sorry he was rude to another lady trying to return items before. If you don’t work well under pressure then find another job. I do hope someone else put his in his place because without us darling you don’t have a job.
