Always friendly help when needed. Sometimes they are busy and somewhat understaffed. But still pretty quick.

They lock everything up , including shampoos. Then you must wait ten minutes for an associate to come open up the locked cabinet. Not even bags available at self checkout. Poorly run. I get that California is a hard and unsafe place to sell goods, but come on.
