About Dollar Car Rental - San Diego International Airport
Dollar Car Rental - San Diego International Airport offers affordable airport car rental options with potential savings of up to 15% off the base rate for pre-paid rentals. While many customers appreciate the reasonable prices and decent cars, there are concerns about the car pick-up process, which can take considerably longer than expected. Some customers reported waiting up to 45 minutes inside and an additional hour outside to receive their rental cars, despite having made advanced reservations. However, service from staff members like Ty and Jonah received positive feedback for being friendly and efficient. Overall, while there are areas for improvement in wait times, many customers still recommend Dollar Car Rental for its value and satisfactory service.

The one draw back to this rental car, and all rental cars is the windows are always dirty and I must buy paper towel and window cleaner and clean them.
Please clean the windows inside and out before re-renting cars.

Easy car rental experience. Brian at the rental counter was extremely kind, professional, and efficient. I had two kids in tow so I appreciate the seamless experience!
