I went to get a pair of shoes yesterday and I had a lovely experience. Cece helped me out and she was amazing - friendly, kind, and explained the shoes in detail. She made the shopping experience wonderful and I hope she is there again whenever I need a new pair of shoes.

Tom was very helpful and tried hard to find me the best fitting semi casual shoes. After the purchase he even walked me to the food court to meet my family. Now that's service!

Today I purchased some new boots from this location. The retail lady was very helpful and polite. She provided me different sizes to ensure I was happy with the fit. She was also knowledgeable about her shoes, lol. Very happy with my purchase and would return for future purchases!
