“Best suit buying experience I’ve ever had. Leo and Sofia are awesome. I told Leo the suit color I wanted and he went right to work. Provided options and gave his professional opinion as well. He had great style and advice. They both were very helpful in getting me top to bottom decked out and looking great. I think we were in and out the door in 30 min with suit alterations marked out and dropped of to tailor. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.”

No response.Update: Gil called me and listened and was apologetic. Thank you for taking time to hear me out.”
“Great selection of shoes, but we stood in line for a looong time while the only cashier dealt with a payment issue with customer. Finally the guy in front of us walked abt 6 feet over and asked the person who was diligently straightening the socks next to the cashier if she could come help the rest of us. She wasn't too happy abt leaving her sock sorting to come help us standing in line.”

“Randall is the best! Not only is he super knowledgeable about his products, but goes the extra mile to provide top notch customer service. For us that was cutting the plastic piece holding the sandals together so that we could comfortably try on the sandals. It was also providing coloring pages and crayons to our kids while we shopped. I also appreciated the other local brands that he carries and supports, from sunglasses to beach towels. It’s clear that Randall cares his community and is a quintessential small PB business. “My husband and I stumbled on a true gem on our mini vacation in Coronado. I love boutiques, I own one ?. This one was impressive and I will be shopping more. The manager working was fantastic! She knew I was there to shop and she assisted me very well. I handed her items to add to the fitting room and she made suggestions. I love the brands they carry, moderately priced and easy care. “I've owned a pair of ECCO boots for over 20 years. My 2nd pair somehow had an issue with the sole deterioration. I thought I was going to have to trash them and wasn't pleased as they are pricey. I went to the UTC store and they told me to send them in to the company. I contacted the company and they had me send them in and they determined that it was their fault and they sent me a brand new pair. I really like these boots and the customer service I was given at the store as well as the company.”
