About FedEx Ship Center

FedEx Ship Center in San Diego, CA offers a range of services including packing supplies, boxes, and FedEx shipping options. Customers can have shipments held for pickup or schedule residential deliveries with FedEx Delivery Manager. The center provides cost-effective expedited, standard, and economy shipping services, with FedEx Ground reaching more locations faster than UPS Ground. The location features a busy environment with many trucks delivering packages and an office for customer service or dropping off packages. Staff are helpful, with some staff members going the extra mile, though waiting times can be long due to limited staff, and parking can be difficult. Customers should be aware that the center does not accept returns or exchanges, so advance notice is recommended. Overall, it is a busy hub for shipping and delivery needs with friendly staff striving to assist customers despite the busy atmosphere.
